At Skkier, we want to ensure that every purchase you make is something you are happy with. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 180-day return period, starting from the day your order is placed. Please carefully read the following details to understand how our return process works.

You may return most products within 180 days from the date of your order. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that some items, such as personalized or customized products, are non-returnable. Be sure to review product details before completing your purchase.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions on how to return your item.
3. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
4. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
5. Return Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Conditions
