The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. While we work closely with our carriers to provide accurate delivery information, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Orders within the United States typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor its progress.

Personalized Orders
For orders that are customized or personalized, please allow additional processing time. The exact duration will depend on the complexity of your request. Customization may add a few extra days to the handling time.
Order Tracking
After receiving your order confirmation, please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information.
Note: Tracking information may take 3 – 7 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking details are not available, it may indicate that the carrier has not yet processed your package. If your order exceeds the estimated arrival time, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:

- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays.
- We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses or returned to us due to insufficient information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be discarded by the shipping carrier.
- Reshipping fees will apply if items need to be sent again.
Note: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you request a carrier to forward or redirect your shipment after it has been dispatched.
