If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 180-day return period, starting from the day your order is placed. General Return Information

You may return most products within 180 days from the date of your order. All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that some items, such as personalized or customized products, are non-returnable. Be sure to review product details before completing your purchase.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@skkier.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
  5. Return Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Conditions

For your return to be processed smoothly, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • You include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Items returned in poor condition or without the necessary documentation may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized with specific names, designs, or other personalized features.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during sales or clearance events may not be eligible for return.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@skkier.com. We will cover the cost of return shipping and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it.
