We offer a 180-day refund period from the date your order is placed. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • In original condition, with tags still attached.
  • The original packaging must be intact.

Products that have been used or are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, clearance items, and sale items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product description before purchasing to confirm if the item is refundable.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@skkier.com within 180 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your refund request, our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure the RA number is visible on the return package.
  4. Refund Processing: After we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Conditions

To ensure your refund request is processed without delay, the returned item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the item.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to deny a refund for any items that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and the time it takes to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

Note: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items that have been customized with names, designs, or other personalized features.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during a sale or from our clearance section.
  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift card purchases.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it.

Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective product or incorrect item sent). In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
