Yes! You can save your favorite items by adding them to your wishlist. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. To access your wishlist later, log in to your account and view all your saved favorites anytime.

Each product page displays real-time availability information. If an item is available, it will show as “In Stock.” If an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, this will also be clearly indicated on the page.

Yes, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy a faster checkout process, track your orders, and manage your wishlist more easily.

Order Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 180 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Some customized or clearance items may be non-returnable, so please check product details before purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@skkier.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please make sure to carefully check your size, color, and style selection before placing your order.
If a mistake is made by the customer (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or style), we regret that returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted.
Only items that are defective or incorrectly shipped by Skkier are eligible for return under our policy.
