Order Returns

You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To begin, email us at support@skkier.com with your full name, order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and clear photos of the defective item. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Yes. We only process exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (such as the wrong size or style). In these cases, we cover all return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
